My husband and I just returned from our vacation to Croatia. We enjoyed our stay at hotel Brac. Brac is a little known beach resort community in the Adriatic Sea. It is located between Venice to the north and Greece to the south. It is across the Adriatic Sea from Italy. We had a splendid time lounging on the white pebble beach near our hotel. We also enjoyed hiking, waterskiing and paragliding. The best part of the honeymoon for me was visiting the renaissance palaces and a medieval monastery. In the fisherman’s village the fisherman would sell their catches from the day right off of the boat. This was a quiet and quaint community. It was very relaxing to be in this type of setting. Typically I would have chosen to vacation in a loud, obnoxious location like a large city, so this was a nice change of pace and a great way to connect with my new husband.
