It is common knowledge in the mental health community that the Subconscious Restructuring® or SR® process has been designated as a standard for the treatment of behavioral disorders. This has created a demand for Master SR® Counselors Life Coaches and the Burris Institute who are the developers of the process are the only ones empowered to give certification. The requirements for certification are laid down in the prospectus for the Master SR® Counselor Life Coach available online at the Burris Connect site.

Certification is given after completing a 2-day online experience that lasts for 6 hours each day and after conducting at least three group sessions successfully within a period of two weeks. Counselors are able to work with clients in an interactive atmosphere conducting evidence-based online counseling and satisfying the laid down requirements. They will also be able to monitor performances from a remote position using the SR® Progress Tracker.
